More Than Beaches and Theme Parks

When people think of Florida they usually imagine beaches and bustling theme parks. 

Yes, the beaches in Florida are amazing. And you are basically surrounded by some of the best beaches you can find. If you live or visit the coastal areas of Florida, chance are you will be spending a ton of time in, on, and around the water. From simply relaxing at the beach, surfing, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing and even shark tooth hunting!

And yes, the theme parks are a ton of fun! From Disney to Universal and many others in between, Florida’s theme park industry provides endless entertainment. But it’s not just vacationers who enjoy the theme parks. Florida residents get some pretty great deals so they can enjoy all the parks have to offer anytime they want at a fraction of the price.

But those aren’t the only things to do in Florida. 

When you dig a little deeper, you’ll discover there is an overwhelming number of fun things to do all across the Sunshine State. Plenty to keep you busy any time of the year. 

From exploring some of the fascinating historical sites around the state, to hiking, biking and camping at some of the beautiful Florida State Parks. 

Local communities offer cultural experiences, museums, farmers markets, and concerts in the park. Both residents and tourists may enjoy seeing a broadway-style show in Sarasota or visiting the famous Dali Museum in St. Pete.
