This neighborhood is designed for those seeking a more personalized and upscale living experience. 

This gated community offers  elegant streetscapes, lush landscaping, beautiful lake views and access to planned high-end amenities like a private clubhouse and fitness center, Everly blends exclusivity with a warm, resort-style vibe. Even though this is a high-end community, it’s a small community with a relaxed feel, allowing for an exclusive experience for residents.

Gran Place

Tucked behind gates and nestled among nature preserves, Gran Place is a boutique community of just 42 homes — all semi-custom and crafted by Sam Rodgers Homes. This builder is known for timeless design, solid construction, and thoughtful touches. 

The neighborhood offers a peaceful, intimate feel with beautiful natural surroundings, yet it’s just minutes from Wellen Park’s Downtown area and CoolToday Park. Residents enjoy scenic walking trails, and serene views,all in a setting that feels private yet connected. This community does not have an amenity area, since the homes are considered the ultimate amenity. 

Palmera 

Palmera is one of the newest communities in Wellen Park and offers custom home opportunities with ICI Homes. For those who prefer a semi-custom experience, then Homes by Towne in Palmera is another great option. This is one of Wellen Park’s most anticipated upcoming communities — and it promises to deliver on luxury and lifestyle. Esplanade will feature only 877 homes, designed for active living and relaxation.
